Senators Taylor, Kelly, Torgerson, Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 556. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 84(FIN) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Duncan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 4: Delete "$250,000,000" Insert "$500,000,000" Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Halford objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
